In the beginning,

The Project for Fostering of Cross-Sectional Endoscopic Surgery Specialists is an educational program launched by Keio University to nurture medical practitioners that can perform endoscopic surgery without being restricted to their field of expertise of each specialty, and those who possess global perspectives where they are able to competently perform on the international stage.
